Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully before using Convertilla. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Convertilla ("we", "us", or "developer") governing your use of the Convertilla software and convertilla.com.
License Grant
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to install and use Convertilla free of charge, for personal or business use, on any number of computers you own or control.
Restrictions
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Convertilla, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute Convertilla under your own name, or use it in any manner not expressly authorized by this Agreement. You may not remove or obscure any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in Convertilla.
Ownership
Convertilla is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Convertilla, including all intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that Convertilla is licensed, not sold, to you under this Agreement.
Convertilla converts video and audio files that you supply. We have no responsibility for the content of any files you convert. Such files may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to convert and use any file with Convertilla, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding that material.
Upgrades and Support
We may provide upgrades, updates, or other support for Convertilla at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue support for any version of Convertilla at any time, without notice to you.
Use of the Software
You agree to use Convertilla only for purposes permitted by these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations, and that your use will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party. We reserve the right to take appropriate action if the Software is used to violate the law, infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights, or disrupt the operation of the Software.
You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect your computer system when installing and running any software, including Convertilla.
Third-Party Content
Some pages of convertilla.com include Facebook social plugins that let visitors post public comments. Convertilla has no obligation to monitor this content and is not responsible or liable for it. We occasionally link to third-party websites, such as Download Master or Internet Download Accelerator; we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of these external sites.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Convertilla is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that Convertilla will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, business interruption, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use Convertilla, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of Convertilla is at your own risk; if you are dissatisfied with it, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using it.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or Convertilla shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tallinn, Estonia, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling Convertilla and destroying all copies in your possession. We may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of its terms and conditions.
Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice to you. You can view the most current version of this Agreement by visiting this page. Your continued use of Convertilla after any such modification or amendment constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement as so modified or amended.
